I found a stray cat and I don't know what to do
I found a small calico cat crying under my porch. She looks skinny and scared. I gave her some tuna and water, but I can't keep her because my apartment doesn't allow pets. She doesn't have a collar. Should I take her to a shelter? I'm worried they might put her down.
