My boss is making me work weekends without extra pay
I work in marketing and my contract says Monday to Friday, 9-5. Recently, my boss has been emailing me on Saturdays and expecting a reply within an hour. When I brought it up, he said "we all need to be team players". Is this legal? I'm in California.
